Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped the same or next business day (M-F) after they are received. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Certain holidays which fall on weekdays will cause a one to two day delay in delivery. Delivery is only available in the continental U.S.
International be prepared to supply us with all of your information that pertains to you and your credit card orders. You will be asked for your billing address ( where the bank sends your statements ), we will need your passport # and country of orgin to verify that this is you, and the 800 customer service phone number on the back of your credit card so we can call the bank to verify that the orders that are being processed are being sent to the customer that is ordeing our products. If otherwise arranged, products can be purchased by money order or wire transfer. There will be under no circumstance that we will falsify any records such as invoices to avoid any type of fees due to any country.
Shipping Rates will be determined by the weight of the product or you may pick up your order at our Dana Point Ca. location.

Returns Policy
SoCal Surf & Sport, Inc. will return your purchase if you are dissatisfied within 30 days of shipping date. No returns on any type of Swimwear or Open DVDs. You may exchange the product at SoCal Surf & Sport 32880 Pacific Coast Highway #37, Dana Point Ca. 92629 or mail your purchase back at the aforementioned address.

Returns by mail:
1. Fill out the bottom of your invoice with the a description why it is being returned and include it with your purchase. If you cannot find your invoice, please include your order number.
2. Specify whether you wish to return the merchandise or wish to
exchange the merchandise.
3. For an exchange, please indicate the new product you want by providing the Name, ID number of the product located in brackets under the item title, sizes and colors, if it applies.

5. Keep a copy of your invoice.
6. Allow two weeks for an exchange to be completed.
7. To track your return, provide your order number, item name or item number, member number and billing name and address.
